  3. Dustin 170bw 13 rounds. Double unders slowed me down quite a bit but HSPU would have caught up to me in round 14 and 15 even if I wasnt slowed down by the double unders.

  4. russ. 158bw (the scale is lying to me). rx*. 15 rounds

    *i placed my hands on 45# plates which easily added an additional 2.5 inches to the range of motion on the hspu...much MUCH harder.

    thanks to turbo j, the rep scheme was changed from 5-15-25 to 5-10-20 on the triplet, respectively. so needless to say, everyone that did this wod did the following:
