what type of wods do you favor or like the most? the least? chippers, amraps, time/task priority, emom, tabata, couplets/triplets, heavy days, girl's or hero's, etc...everyone has their 'bread & butter' modality, but at the same time, we all have those workouts that make us want to slap our mom in the face. let us know your most and least favorite...

    It's hard to say which wods are my fav or which ones I dislike the most. Ya'lls programming has the right mix. It's just all butt kicking. Each in it's own different way.

    Dislikes: Ground to Overhead movements as my explosion needs some serious improvement.

    As far as the WODS it is a love hate relationship. They are all hard and all of them suck in there own special way but as I get in better shape I love to try them all to find were there is a weakness in myself. Glad to know I have found very few J/K

  9. Eric 235 bw mod 115# 10:16. First CF workout since moving to Pennsylvania and purchasing some equipment. Working out in your garage is fine but not as fun as CFJax box.

    As for WODs, I love heavy days and hate amraps.
