DO NOTHING

rest day; indulge in nothing and enjoy it

why cfjax? there are numerous fitness/gyms in the local area that are far more convenient and offer better amenities for sure. why is it you choose to be a part of what is cfjax? aside from the obvious i.e. crossfit, give us your reason and story.

on another note, whit just secured hell week at basic underwater demolition/seal training aka BUD/S. every aspiring Navy SEAL candidate must pass this obstacle in their journey to become a member of the Teams. whit is a cfjax trainer, for those who don't know him. he left in early december. tom will also be joining his class once they begin the dive phase of training. tom was a part of the JU ROTC group if you guys don't remember him. he made it through hell week a couple of months ago. great job guys & way to represent cfjax!

on deck to class up and begin their BUD/S training are kyle and steve. we wish them both the best as well.
