Kohl 240# 21:18 Mod went up in weight to 135# for this one it was good! These kind of WOD looks ok at first glance till you get into the third round then the Bear jumps on your back!!! lol Great job everyone that came in today and put out.

Looks like I missed a good one. My WOD for the day consisted of 28 take offs & 28 landings perscribed weight 497 tons. No elderly or childern were knocked to the deck. Life is good.
