pull ups x 20
push ups x 30
abmat sit ups x 40
air squats x 50
3min rest between rounds

scale reps/rounds as needed.
post total time for score.

  5. b/w 163, rx, total time 39:18. I got the pull ups & sit ups unbroken but the push ups and air squats were another story.Did this with Ryan B from EOD & he made it look easy.
