  3. Did the Crossfit warm up x 3. Wod was in
    15min. amrap of 10 hspu's, 10 Box jumps, 10 Ring dips. 7 rounds.

    After that 3 x 100 meter sprints.
    I agree. Congrats for the feature in SER qualifier website.
