warm up:
800m run
group stretch head to toe
tabata bottom-to-bottom squats

workout:
2-person team concept perform the following for 4rnds -
800m run
50 wall ball shots
50 pull ups
50 burpees
*the run is performed together
*one person works at a time during the movements
*each partner performs 50 reps for total of 100
*all reps must be completed before moving to next movement

  1. this workout was done in honor of thomas j. valentine, fittingly enough, on valentine's day.

    for each person, a total of a 2mile run/200 wall ball shots/200 pull ups/200 burpees were completed in an average of an hour and a half. not bad for a saturday morning...what did you do?

  3. Thank you guys so much! It was fun to be able to give a few of our members a taste of your box. As our box grows up we always keep you guys in mind. Your place and your programming are really inspiring. The WOD was really rough for me so it made me realize just how much work I have ahead of me for the qualifer. Cant wait to see you guys again.
