we were in va bch the past weekend to attend a csw seminar and to visit friends and family. it was great to see solista, yet again, and hope to see him again soon. hope your doing well brother.

ReplyDeletemaria - our women's bodyweight average is roughly 120-130ish, so on wods that prescribe 225, we have them do 165-185. nice for you to have a pic for a face to go with the name.
rob ger. - solista is 324. he was once the other head of the two-headed monster, cfjax. the fbi had other plans for him and so off he went and we all miss him. no worries here though - cfjax is still a two-headed freak of nature!
