    How are ya'll doing?! We got snowed on over here. By the time I got home from work it froze up and got slippery on us.
    Tried this for 2 rounds on a Treadmill. Does not work! (Can't really sprint.)
    So in an effort to find a substitute, I came up with this:

    10 rounds (no break in between)
    of: 100 meter row
    25 kettle bell swings @ 50#/22kg.
    Christian / 22:56min.

    I don't know if it was a good substitute. However, It left me flat on the floor!
