Thanks to our ATL visitors for dropping in. Darryl that C2 100k/200k challenge sounds like no joke, good luck in completing that endeavor. BTB definitely is putting out some solid crossfitters, Ndiya had sound technique and could move some weight. Awesome job today.
To our regulars, I think we all learned a little bit more about the enduring violence necessary to move heavy loads in the Jerk for more than just a one rep. Everyone chose to Push, perhaps due to familiarity, but regardless of style the violence required is the same. The learning curve was quick as the loads increased and cyclic rates slowed. And in the end, perhaps the hardest part was not the lifting of the weight but lowering it back down to reset for the next go. Great job to everyone who showed up and commenced. Take the rest of this Sunday and enjoy it.
