Strength & power endurance today was the main course meal. As Fay showered us with rain and wind, and many enjoyed their day off due to the inclement weather, we treated ourselves to a dose of pain and suffering. To continuously hammer away each rep for the amount of time, took its toll and the load did not lighten no matter how much we cursed it. Everyone soon realized the minute rest in between was not enough and was more frustrating than anything. We were all happy it was over when it was...nothing is forever.
