BROKEN TOILET

2 person team workout with each person working simultaneously. 4 stations, 2 exercises per station. 2 minutes of work each station with 1 minute rest/transition in between. Stations consist of the following:
1) Thrusters/Pull Ups
2) Ring Dips/Wall Balls
3) Jumping Ball Slams/Box Jumps
4) Row (for calories)/Flying Burpees
Partner A will performs the 1st exercise while Partner B performs the 2nd exercise at each station. After completing all 4 stations, they will switch exercises and complete the circuit a second time through for a total of 16 minutes of work. Total reps between you & your partner for score.



CFJAX welcomes Melissa! She did 'Cindy' with jumping pull ups and completed 12 rounds. Awesome form and range of motion! See you Tuesday...
