Workout 3:

50% of 1rm x 20
400 mtr sprint
post max lifts and fastest run time

    We keep stressing form on these fundamental movements. The point of this workout was not only to test your 1rm but to work on your form; hence, the 20 reps at 50%. We understand that not everyone has a background in powerlifting and it may take a while. Take advantage of the light weight that we use when performing more reps. Work your form so that when you do encounter heavier weight your execution will be flawless. The weight should fail before your form.
