partition reps any way you want.

Another great sweatfest! Thanks Mike and Chris for the opportunity to suffer on saturday... It was brought to my attention after getting home and going about the rest of my day, how those who have discovered the Crossfit way to fitness, who continually challenge their mind's, body's, and will are truelly unique. In a world where conveniences have created boredom, complacency, and deconditioned bodies, it's great to find an environment where society's norms are left at the door....until next time!
