SATURDAY AT LULULEMON ATHLETICA

1 minute per exercise with 30 sec. transition between stations:
- box jumps/pushups
- squats/sprints
- row/double unders
- kbell swings/lunges
- abmat sit ups/burpee broadjumps

  1. We had over 35 people show up for today's workout with at least 12 who had never done CrossFit. What a great WOD to get a taste of what its all about!

    The original concept had 2 minutes of work for every exercise, totalling 4 minutes each station but due to the large turn out we had to scale the time in half...in the end, it was still a challenge for all to continue with the pace and consistent output from beginning to end! Great job to everyone from the Lululemon staff to the newbies who put themselves through their first WOD! Thanks for supporting CrossFit and we hope to see everyone at the next event!
