this was INCREDIBLE to watch. i saw each and everyone of you dip dip deep into your soul to row that last 500, run your last 400m split, or squat your last 30 squats. the team builing continues to rule on saturdays. thanks to coach cooper and ed v
for bringing some new crew out to suffer on saturdays. welcome to all the newbies who had their first a** kicking by cfj on a saturday morning, there is more where that came from. awesome job today, you made momma proud :)

  2. This was one of the more enduring SOS's I've been able to take part in thus far....thanks you for it!! It was fun suffering amongst the seasoned crossfitters as well as with the newbies. CFJ rocks...see you soon :D I'm glad we made you a proud momma, Meghan, lol!

  3. I mentioned this in the box, but the times posted were comparable to times for a Sprint Triathlon (.5 mile Swim, 20k Bike, 5k Run). However, when you compare the actual work or output, it's apples and oranges.

I'll do a little research and comparison, and post what I come up with. The moral of the story is that to most people, a Sprint Triathlon is something worthy of putting on your resume or even tombstone. You guys knocked out WAAAAY more work in the same time...and shrugged it off as "a typical Saturday".

    Nice work.

ALSO...Big props to Caleb for finishing after he lost a partner, and keeping fullest ROM on all reps. With that type of commitment to technique and intensity, look for his name to be climbing to the top of the Whiteboard.

    Good job Caleb...big work.
