    Once again, great job to all who endured today's madness. As the workouts become more difficult everyone is getting stronger.
    If you aren't a mutant and have to take rest days do not fret about missing good workouts. They are all good and the wod generator is unlimited. Tomorrow will be less impact but difficult nonetheless. Get your dbl unders ready!!!!!

  2. impressive efforts by all today. alot of new faces up and about the gym from the a.m. group all the way to the 6pm session. be sure to introduce yourself to one another...you'd be surprised; you might have more in common than you think...theres something to be said about all our athletes that come in purposely to suffer - that alone makes us all special and unique and definitely elitist in every sense of the word...can you ever imagine going into a globo-gym to get a workout in after exposing yourself to the reality of real and true fitness? unless of course you miss the reflection of yourself in the mirrors or the grunts and yells of the 'roid pumped jerkoff next to you maxing out on bent over dumbell flyes with his hat backwards and striped speedos jammin out to the sweet sounds of right said fred on his nano...

  3. to the members, the readers, and the non believers... i hope we can all come together to realize that we are amongst greatness... with eachother, with our box, and most importantly with our teachers. there are over 500 crossfit affiliates in the world, and some may have air conditioning, showers, and smoothie bars. but NONE have the greatness which we posess in our teachers. they give us the knowledge the, the mental strenth, and the drive to be able to absorb this beautiful thing called crossfit. chris and mike, my lover and my brother, nobody in the world has what we have in you. thank you for making me better in ways i never knew possible.
