KB Farmers Carry - 5 rounds
KB Squat Jumps - 5 rounds
Regular squat jumps - 5 rounds
rest while partner does same...then
Wheel barrow push ups = 2 alternating rounds w/ partner
Do corresponding number of push ups for every step
1st step - 1 push up
2nd step - 2 push ups and so on...
