"LULU GONE LOCO"

Move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. Complete three rounds in total. The stations are:

  1. Ball Slams (Reps)
  2. Kettlebell swings (Reps)
  3. Box Jumps (Reps)
  4. Ab Mat sit-ups (Reps)
  5. Burpees (Reps)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. Add total reps for overall score.
