WHO LOVES YA BABY!

April is Show the Love month at the Hot Box! What does that mean? It means we are celebrating YOU – our kick ass, loyal, WOD loving members. Each week throughout the month brings you something special and fun.  You are the reason that CFJAX is such an amazing and inspiring community to be a part of, and we want to honor that in some exciting and unique ways!

All members will receive an email every Friday throughout the month of April with the details of the following week’s festivities. Don’t trash these emails peeps! It will take some member participation to make this month one to remember, so don’t be left out!!

Monday is April 1^st, and we are kicking off Show the Love in a BIG way! April 1^st – April 6^th is “NOT YOUR MOMMA’S SPRING BREAK” – Hot Box style, baby.  Check out the schedule below and get the creative juices flowing. There will be prizes and contests throughout the week, so make the MOST of these days!

Monday, April 1^st – HERO DAY – A special Hero WOD will be programmed – come and get your butts kicked to honor those who have sacrificed for our freedom.  #merica.

Tuesday, April 2^nd – SPIRIT DAY – Wear your BOX colors (red, white, & black) or your favorite CFJAX T-shirt.  Fly the Hot Box Flag on your backs y’all!

Wednesday, April 3^rd – 80s DAY! – Come up with the most outrageous 80’s outfit you           can dig up! (Totally rad playlists provided today, too… obvi).

Thursday, April 4^th – SADIE HAWKINS DAY – Invite your Hot Box bestie to be your partner for a special team WOD.

Friday, April 5^th – DRESS AS YOUR FAVORITE CrossFitter DAY – Celebrate Open WOD 13.5 by dressing up as your favorite Games athlete, CFJAX coach, CFJAX Member, etc.

We are expecting BIG things from you guys on the dress up days, people. And that includes your coaches (Nikki G. already has her favorite CrossFitter picked out and ready to imitate, and KP has a slew of leotards and leg warmers on hand, so watch out!).
