BRING SALLY UP

BRING SALLY UP - WOD demo
with a 135# barbell, perform a back squat every time you hear the word 'down' in the song.  hold the bottom of the squat until you hear the word 'up' in the song.  repeat this sequence for the entire duration of play.

score is total number of squats completed.


100m sled pull/drag x 3

- walking backwards i.e. facing the sled
- men use 3x45's (135# total)
- women use 2x45's and 5# plate (95# total)
- scale as needed

BLIND ATHLETE MIGHT AS WELL JUMP
