double unders x 30
air squats x 20
ring rows x 10
- alternate each round with a partner
- each person will complete (5) rounds
- if performing solo, perform 5RFT

400m farmer carry with (2) 2pood kettlebells
- 10 burpee penalty every time the kettlebells hit the ground
