For Time:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 Mile
Rules of Engagement:
Both athletes must complete the 1 mile runs together. Workout starts and ends with the mile runs. Athletes may partition the Pull Up/Push Up/Air Squat as needed.
Advanced level teams wear a vest (20#/10#)
