400m run w/ Med Ball
20 Wall Balls
20 Med Ball Sit-Ups

*Med ball weight is 20#/14#
*Med ball sit-ups are performed with bent knees and holding a ball. Ball must tap the ground behind the head and pass over the knees touching the ground in front of the feet.
