Death By 10 Meters
Athletes will run 10m every minute on the minute adding an
additional 10m with each minute (ex. min. 1, run 10 m; min 2, run 20 m; min 3,
run 30 m; etc.) until you can no longer make the minute interval. Your rest is
whatever is left at the end of the minute so the idea is to run hard and then
rest the duration of the minute. These will be like shuttle runs so you will be
required to touch the 10m line for all “turn around” intervals except for the
final 10m. Score is completed rounds.
