IN TEAMS OF 2 PERFORM THE FOLLOWING :
kettlebell SDLHP (2.0/1.5) for reps
*for every 25 SDLHP completed, 5 push ups must be performed*
medicine ball run (20#/14#) to the stop sign at mayport rd and back

LOOKS LIKE THIS:
while partner A is running to the stop sign and back with a
medicine ball, partner B is performing KB SDLHP for reps.
for every 25 SDLHP's completed, you must stop and perform
5 push ups.  as partner A returns from the run you switch places.
score is total combined reps completed of KB SDLHP
