GUERRE A MORT

amrap in 20mins:
200m run
225/155 deadlift x 12
vertical jump x 10
hspu x 8

*vertical jump standards:  with feet under the hips, jump as high as you can while extending arms overhead (think blocking a shot in volleyball or going up for a rebound in basketball).  both palms of the hand MUST touch the ground before each jump.
