    then

    rounded down to 200kg.
    1x5 @ 70%= 140kg.
    1x5 @ 80%=160kg

    3x max reps @ 85% = 170kg/375lbs. 4-2-3 reps

    Keep up the fantastic effort guys!
    btw, just got back from Copenhagen. It's a cool city with a great challenge. If you anyone gets a chance to come to europe, let's do this next year!
