  2. rob.rx.12:16 man the first few minutes were okay. After that, I felt like a train hit me. Was I tired!

    yesterday(fri). worked on rack jerk 4x3 with 70kg.4x2 with 80kg. 1x100kg and 1x 110kg. felt light and tried 120kg but failed.

    Thursday one hrs worth of strict mu's. + 1mile run. tabata row on our c2.
