BAF DEUX

work
in teams of two:
400m run
max pull ups
400m run
max kettlebell swings
400m run
max box jumps
400m run
max wall ball shots
-while one partner runs, the other performs exercise
-partners then switch tasks
-both partners must perform a run and the same exercise before continuing


for example:  Bubba takes off on his 400m run while his partner Gus performs as many pull ups as he can until Bubba returns.  they then switch.  once Gus returns from his run, he then performs as many kettlebell swings as he can while Bubba takes off for the second 400m run.  they repeat this until they have both completed the last 400m run and wall ball shots.


score is total reps and slowest 400m run time
