FRONT SQUAT FOCUS

front squat
-work full depth; not hip crease below top of knee - below that
-concentrate on bottom of squat clean - GET DEEP!
-weight in heels & elbows up
-breath hold during rep
3x5 warm up

work
1x5 @ 80%
3x3 @ 85%
5x1 @ 90%
