a great 2k time 7:02 (with really no rowing warmup, i think this translates to about :10 seconds off a proper warm up - we never do a proper warm up for an erg piece BTW)

followed by what has to be one of the saddest DU efforts in the entire known history of CF - in my 7:02 timelimit i did 31 DU's

    followed by a decent 80 push press @ 75#

Steves row time (with no warm up as well) was an astounding 6:53. this is :09 dusting of this posters ass (as well as what i considered a house 2k record i rowed in Jan at the Sprints of 6:54)shows a true commitment to not caring what comes next, laying it all out there every stroke, and going as hard as you can for as long as you are able. way to not giving a rats ass about what came next. congratulations Steve on developing the good tunnel vision in the last 250m. not many have the nad required to push into the anaerobic threshold where this phenomenon lurks, waiting. you are hard core. this in no way means i am not going to do what is necessary to bust under this number.
