    5k row 20 min and some change.
    No rest, jump in on spin class aka girly workout for 20 min. Go home eat 6 brownies and 1 pint blueberrys. Set coffee timer for 04:00.

    mixed in w/ Steve on the 500m's 1:37 - always great rowing w/ Steve when he is taking it easy.

    too old and too fat. cant chew the leather.

  6. Travis 200bw 12:43 run 1:39 row. I've gotta drop weight! My strength to weight ratio is awful and it's across the board !!it shows in OHS, Thrusters, pull ups and lots of other places and it showed yesterday on the run as well. F*ck this !! I know ban eating!! Cookies have know been locked in desk!!
