  3. harry mod (used a giant rubber band for the pull ups and would have liked to find a way to do a mod burpee) but was right w/ the weight on the DL's.

    this was a really good w/o.

    wanted to be under 15min, - did it in 14:57 - crushed the goal time like a bug.

  4. Shift day, "Battleship"...basically the same workout as Alpha Hotel w/ a slightly different rep scheme 10-1 as opposed to 21-15-9. rx. 8:19. I have no comments pertaining to this wod.
