    MOD- #85cleans and 3 pullups/3 ring dips in place of MU's... ((so ended up being 21 pullups and 21 dips in instead of 7 muscle ups each round))

  3. NASTY GIRLS -#20 from rx, used #115. I played with the idea on and off all day about going rx with this wod. Is that normal to think about your workout all day? Who cares. My conclusion, use a weight that you can control.

  6. Chrissy, 152bw, #65, (shoulda gone higher on weight) 13 something.. but there was a hold up on the ring ups & ring dips.. so had to wait here & there.
