POST TURKEY

warm up
1min of double unders
1min of abmat sit ups
1min of air squats
1min of burpees

workout
2-person team workout
4 x 400m relay
pull ups x 100
push ups x 100
abmat sit ups x 100
air squats x 100
4 x 400m relay

run is performed relay style. each person runs 4x400m for a total of 8.
one person works at a time during movements. each person must complete 100 reps. partition reps as needed i.e. 10 x 10 of each.
