OHS 3RM

warm up
250m row

back squat mechanics
-set up
-low bar position
-full depth
-hip drive

workout
overhead squat
7 x 3

12' max rope climbs in 10mins

complete the entire 7 sets, regardless of when you achieve a 3RM. if you get your 3RM in your 4th set, attempt the remaining 3 sets with the same 3RM to finish the workout.
