  2. Whats up guys? Didnt want you to think we have disowned you. With the back problem I have had to limit my WODs to lighter weight. D-Nasy, E. Webb and Robert L. have still been sticking with yall. I just havent posted their times. I'm gonna keep my workouts pretty low this week and then start backing hitting it hard monday.
    I kept up with you (Chris) and turbo j. during the Dirty South Regionals. I know you guys busted youre asses and represented. We all here are proud of you guys! There was a lot of good competition to compete against and for only 7 spots. To be as good as they were,t hey must have been following your site too for a while. HA. Anyways I wanted to drop you guys a line and let you know we are still here. Looking forward to giving my busted ass some good old faithfull CFJax ass kicking.
