rest day / make up day / skill development

we found an interesting article written by Jon Gilson from AgainFaster. he talks about the United States Department of Agriculture and their priorities as far as what their best interests really are. its time to re-think the way you eat in order to live a longer, healthy life path to wellness.

  3. Oh yeah...legs are definitely sore today,but that's good-weakness be gone! Having to improvise today & came up with this: 30 double unders,20 sandbag half moon snatches @60#,15 clap push ups, 5 rounds. Oh, thanks for sharing the article...it is tragic that so many people are deceived by the very entity we should be able to trust.

    resting @ the bottom of the squat and plank on push-ups was hellish!

    Interesting yet grim article. It was intriguing to read how the USDA's dietary recommendations would equate to a Zone Diet block amount for Jon. That was startling, but certainly a good way to understand exactly what and how much these folks are recommending we eat on a daily basis.
    It leaves me shaking my head and realizing that most people out there, trying to make the right dietary choices for their families are almost doomed when they have these "experts" dishing out such ridiculous information.
