- 30 second pledge push ups
- 15 second left arm KB snatches
- 15 second right arm KB snatches
- 30 second yoga push ups
then
Tabata ball slams; rotating between 12/16/20/25 pound ball
then
100m sprint intervals
then
HOOVERBALL!
