3 minute KB sprint:
- 30 second KB swings
- 30 second push ups
- 30 second KB high pulls
- 30 second pledge push ups
- 15 second left arm KB snatches
- 15 second right arm KB snatches
- 30 second yoga push ups

then

Tabata ball slams; rotating between 12/16/20/25 pound ball

then

100m sprint intervals

then

HOOVERBALL!

    Anyone else wake up and feel like someone had bombarded your chest with a medicine ball for an hour?
